Natividad, Cordova and Yap attends training-workshop on preservation basics

Three librarians from De La Salle University, namely Ms. Karen Natividad , Ms. Cynthia Cordova and Mr. Joseph Yap , are among the 87 participants who attended the “Training-Workshop on the Basics of Preservation, Conservation, Restoration & Data Curation” from April 10-12, 2014 at the Aquinas University of Legazpi, Rawis, Legazpi City, Albay . The training-workshop was sponsored by the Special Libraries Association-Asian Chapter in partnership with the Association of Special Libraries of the Philippines (ASLP) , Aquinas University of Legazpi and Goethe-Institut .  The main objective of the said training-workshop is to bridge the gap of learning by linking respective institutions through collaboration and sharing of valuable ideas and expertise in the fields of preservation, conservation, restoration and data curation. The  Libraries  is pleased to announce to the Academic Community that  McGraw-Hill eBook Library  is now available in and off campus. The McGraw-Hill Professional eBook   Library  provides access to 37 eBook titles in the field of  Mechanical Engineering . Library users will find the search ability of the eBook Library simple to use with relevant, thorough results. Users can also register to create their own accounts so they can add notes, bookmarks and print parts of the book for their personal use.
