Video Pick of the Week: Senior Year
As part of the SMART Start 2016, the Libraries proudly presents, Senior Year, a film by Jerrold Tarog, as Video Pick of the Week. It will run from 13-17 September
2016 at the TV corner, The Learning Commons, 6th floor, Henry Sy Sr. Hall. This film features "a cast of real high school students. It takes us into the lives of 10 students from St. Frederick's Academy as they struggle through the final month before graduation. Hearts are broken and healed, friendships are formed and lost. Childish ways are thrown out in exchange for seeds of maturity in what may be the beginning of a bumpy ride towards adulthood” (source video).
Video Pick of the Week is an initiative to promote media and information literacy in the academic community. It also aims to promote the audiovisual collection of the Instructional Media Services (IMS) of the Libraries.
